I made this while trying to find SOME USE for a paragon in PvP, i dont know why i might use it yet ill prolly think of something later, but i think it could be part or a useful TA build. For now i just use it to protect the monk from damage and help him a bit by using ballad and reducing ballads cost with chorus, Balt helps with the energy because everyone attacks the monk in RA and TA most of the time so you should get energy from it quite frequently, keep angelic bond and shielding hands up on the monk and you should both recieve extremely small damage, try to stay out of trouble if you use this though.
Notes: Bad E management, no self defence.
