Lightning hammer

Glyph of Elemental power
Ressurection signet
12+1 energy storage
12+3+1 Air magic
Put into practice
Use the glyph before entering combat to give your spells a bit more 'bite'
Target charecters that hide themselves on the backline OR those that overstep the mark and rush forward.
Cast Lightning hammer, followed by Ride the lightning, this should teleport you to the enemy, then cast shock to interrupt the enemy followed by Lightning strike, this combination may already kill your target or wound it greatly, work this build with a ranger or mesmer and you can kill targets at ease. Recharge time for the RTL skill is a problem however and you can best hope to offset this by using a staff that has a chance to decrease recharge time of skills.
