ok this is a build iv been using in RA a lot cos its amazing for annoying the hell out of any melee characters lol.
Elementalist/Any
Full Radiant Armour
16 Air Magic (12 + 1 + 3)
13 Energy Storage (12 + 1)
2 Runes of Attunement and a Sup Vigor.
1. Blinding Surge {E}
2. Lightning Javelin
3. Lightning Strike
4. Lightning Orb
5. Gale
6. Aura of Restoration
7. Air Attunement
8. Res Signet
Ok now basically the point of this build is to spam Blinding Surge to render all melee useless and then pick them off 1 by 1. Done properly with you rendering the team useless and ur team killing the monk this is a very effective build.
