Staff with insightfull/ a health booster is best.
Put In Practice
Always cast healers boon, this gives you a 50% faster cast and 50% increased base healing from your Healing prayers skills.
Then simply cast the healing spells, energy isnt particulary a problem as the skills you use are mainly 5 energy ones and the heal derived from them is usually great enough to offset the enemy for a few seconds. Always remeber to put healers boon back up once its spell limit has been reached.
Keep moving if using this build, you have nothing to stop a good warrior smacking you around, but if you can keep moving, you will probably be victorious;p
